Brilliant Haircut! I had a wonderful haircut with Sophie and walked away with exactly what I wanted. Sophie was extremely kind and listened to my ideas. She then briefed me on what she thought would work and executed it perfectly. The lovely lady on reception was also delightful. Lovely experience Never been here before but had to get a trim. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hair colouring consultation When it came to deciding what to do about my thinning hair The Hair Lab and Hina were the first port of call for me. Because I knew I would get the best advise. TT The hairstylist was very kind and did a nice haircut for me the week before the treatment. However, the keratin treatment was a complete waste of time and money — even with the 50% discount, I still paid £160. I’m very upset because my hair is actually worse now than it was before the treatment. I expected smoother, healthier hair — instead I can’t even comb it. I’ve now washed my hair for the second time since the treatment, and even using a large amount of conditioner and oil, my hair is still completely tangled, worse than before. It even feels like the treatment made my hair much thinner. Now I just hope it won’t continue to get more unhealthy week by week. I also hope the salon will check what went wrong and refund what I paid, although even that won’t give me back the original, before-treatment condition of my hair.
