Was super nervous going to my appointment as I was wanting to get 50cm cut off my hair. As soon as I started talking to Grace, the hairdresser doing my hair, I was reassured and it was so refreshing having someone do my hair that wasn’t focused on keeping the length even when I didn’t like it. I showed her a couple of pics and Grace just knew what she was doing straight away. The whole experience was wonderful and I’m now in love with my new hair! It’s given me such a boost. 1000% will be returning. Thank you 🙂

I have had my hair cut a done a few times now by patience. She is an amazing and helpful at getting the look that you want! Everyone at hair lab are friendly and I had a lovely hair colour done by Patience and I am very happy.

Grace fit me in the last hour on a Sunday and did a great job of cutting my hair. I am very happy with the cut. I didn't have a style in mind and she was full of suggestions and made sure to check in with me. Thank you grace.

Today was my first time visting Hair Lab and without a doubt, I will be going back to Hair lab with Ellie for the upkeep. Eliie did my hair so lovely and gave me the best advice on how to keep my hair in great condition. She took my hair from old witch to youthful. She's an assest to Hair Lab and an overall lovely person.

I had a cut and blow dry appointment with grace, and it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had, I had a bad experience with another salon before so have always been rather nervous about getting my hair cut again, but she was absolutely wonderful, rlly nice, and so professional, you can tell she rlly values the work that she is doing!! Will definitely being going back

My experience at Hair Lab was great. I couldn’t have asked for a better appointment. I was greeted by the receptionist with a warm smile, followed by a lovely hair wash, then hair done by Ellie. I told her how I envisioned my hair and she did it no questions and even had her own suggestions (which worked so well), gave me recommendations throughout and helped me feel comfortable. Ellie was so nice and friendly, definitely going again! Thank you so much.

I have previously only seen Sing and Milly who are amazing and had my first appointment with Mollie today - she was fantastic! I am probably a tricky customer who is fussy and has damaged hair and Mollie fully listened to me and did my hair how I wanted it without compromising on my hair health! She was very friendly and professional and I rebooked with her for next time!

I honestly cannot thank this salon enough. I came in after a hair emergency caused by another salon, completely upset and worried that my hair was ruined beyond repair. From the moment I walked in, they were so kind, calm, and reassuring — exactly what I needed. They carefully removed my extensions, explained everything they were doing, and took so much care while cutting and repairing the damage. Not only did they save my hair, but they also saved my confidence. I walked in feeling heartbroken and walked out feeling like myself again. The level of professionalism, skill, and genuine compassion was incredible. They didn’t judge, rush, or dismiss how upset I was — they truly listened and made me feel so much better throughout the whole process.
