My experience at Hair Lab was great. I couldn’t have asked for a better appointment. I was greeted by the receptionist with a warm smile, followed by a lovely hair wash, then hair done by Ellie. I told her how I envisioned my hair and she did it no questions and even had her own suggestions (which worked so well), gave me recommendations throughout and helped me feel comfortable. Ellie was so nice and friendly, definitely going again! Thank you so much.

I have previously only seen Sing and Milly who are amazing and had my first appointment with Mollie today - she was fantastic! I am probably a tricky customer who is fussy and has damaged hair and Mollie fully listened to me and did my hair how I wanted it without compromising on my hair health! She was very friendly and professional and I rebooked with her for next time!

I had Ellie cut my hair this afternoon and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and clearly very passionate about hair! Amazing haircut and service. Thank-you! Will definitely be booking in with you for my hair cut!

Patience did a fantastic job of starting the process of lightening my dark hair . I would recommend patience for anyone wanting a cut or colour she does an amazing job

HairLab will give you a great experience with thoughtful staff. The stylist listen to you and always are happy. They also give loyal customers discounts from time to time which is great. Give them a go!!

I don’t usually book in at a salon as I’ve always had a mobile hairdresser, so I was a bit skeptical at first. But I decided to take the plunge and book with Ellie, and I’m so glad I did. She was amazing, she made me feel at ease straight away and talked me through the whole process, including how I can rejuvenate my curls. The results were incredible, and I’ll definitely be booking in with her again in the future. Thank you! 🙂

Since I begin to visit Hair Lap about 3 1/2 years ago I am convinced that passion for what Sing The Stylist a highly professional make this place my favourite ❤️ Each time I visited I feel so content with the results. Sing knows what is best for me.

Izzy is my favourite hair dresser, so much so that I travel from outside of Basingstoke for my hair cuts with her!

First appointment with Izzy and she was gorg! She really listened to what I wanted and gave honest advice on how to achieve my hair goals! My hair is looking far healthier and I had such a lovely experience! She was super friendly and her customer service was gorg! Thank you Izzy!

Izzy, you are absolutely fantastic! I’m in love with the result. I walked into the salon, told her how I wanted to look and play with my hair, and she understood me from the very first minute. Now I’m completely ready for my Christmas party!

I love having Molly do my hair, she listens to my ideas & suggests but doesn't ever do something to my hair that I don't want. Makes a change for a stylist to actually listen to what the customer wants or "fancies". Molly is a star. Yes its a little expensive BUT you get what you pay for, & if you want excellence you have to pay.

So happy with Sing, my stylist. I really had no clue what i wanted, felt i needed a lift for my hair and confidence. He nailed it x
